Jeanny J. Rickards, DPM is specialty trained in both foot and ankle surgery with an emphasis on trauma and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. Jeanny completed her post graduate training at Drexel University College of Medicine/Hahnemann University Hospital Podiatric Medicine & Surgical Residency with an emphasis on rearfoot reconstructive & ankle surgery.
Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Dr. Jeanny “Genie” Rickards attended Boston Latin School, the oldest and first public school in the United States, graduating magna cum laude. Dr. Rickards graduate early and earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology at Northeastern University.
With the support of her family, Dr. Rickards journeyed to New York and soon realized her passion lay in reconstructive surgery, sports and preventive medicine.
Dr. Rickards enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends by traveling and exploring the outdoors with her beloved dog, Wolfy.
